We’re passionate about customer service. If there was a mistake on our behalf making product declarations on a damaged or defective item, we'll do everything we can to make the situation right.

Otherwise, all sales are final. Electronic products that are defective may be brought into the store and be exchanged for a new one. If we do not have the product in stock we will be more than happy to process a refund.
